This Apartment is designed to provide you with all modern comforts, creating the ideal conditions to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday on the island of Corfu. Independed and fully equipped apartment on the first floor of 50 sq.m. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room-kitchen with sofa which become a comfortable bed and covered terraces with spectacular views over the bay of Agios Georgios Pagi.
It is ideal to accommodate couples, families and small groups.

Reservation policies and cancellation conditions
Policy check in - check out
If room sinks from 12:00 to 18:00, charge half the daily cost of stay.
In case of tying the room after 18:00, you charge the whole of the daily cost of stay.
Cancellation conditions
The lessee may withdraw from the leasing agreement before the start of the leasing period. The cancellation becomes effective upon receipt of the cancellation by the lessor or the lessor’s representative.
If the leasing contract was signed per procurationem (p.p.), the cancellation has to be declared solely to the lessor’s representative, otherwise to the lessor himself/herself.
In the case of a cancellation, cancellation fees in the following amounts are due:
- 30% of the leasing price for a cancellation at least 60 days before the leasing period.
- 50% of the leasing price for a cancellation 59 to 31 days before the leasing period.
- 80% of the leasing price for a cancellation 30 to 7 days before the leasing period.
- 90% of the leasing price for a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the leasing period, or for non-occupancy.
